The neighborhood revitalization program is working in partnership with local government lending institutions and businesses to higher the living standards in blighted neighborhoods by removing dilapidated, abandoned or sub-standard existing homes and making way for new, up-to-date homes.  At the same time, the program will be providing a new home for the working class, raising the standard of living in the entire neighborhood, as well as, raising the tax base on each individual plot of land that is revitalized.  Lastly, this program adds local jobs in a building industry that is suffering due to a national slow down.  It is a win-win for everyone involved!
